Customer service

To ensure that all our products are freshly cooked when delivered we like to contact our regular stockist early in the week to confirm their weekly order. This is because we do the majority of our cooking at the beginning of the week ready for delivery on Thursday / Friday and prior to weekend trading.

We also accept orders at other times of the week and can normally deliver your order within 24 to 48hrs dependent on the raw produce being available and in stock.

How to order

We accept orders over the telephone and via email. We also have an online ordering service available via the 'client login' on this website. If you are a regular client and would like to use this service please get in touch so that we can issue you with a username and password. This will also give you access to our latest product and price list, keeping you up to date with what is available.

Special requirements

In addition to our regular products we are also more than happy to create a product that is unique to you. If you have a new idea or would like to try something different please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Our trading terms

We have 3 preferred methods of payment:

  • 1. Cash on Delivery
  • 2. Payment by Cheque on Statement submitted at the end of the trading month
  • 3. Payment by BACS on Statement submitted at the end of the trading month

Please note that we only deliver within East Anglia and we do not impose any delivery charge or small order charge.
